What we process and why

• Contact form and e‑mail: your name (optional), e‑mail address and message. We need them to reply and prepare a quote. Without an e‑mail address we cannot reply.
• Website check: the website address and your e‑mail address. We need them to measure the site and send you the result. If you tick the consent box, we send you tips and offers at most once a month; you can withdraw consent at any time.
• If we agree to work together: the details needed to conclude and perform the contract and to invoice (name or company name, company ID, address).
• Technical data when you visit the site: IP address and browser details, processed by our hosting provider for security and protection against attacks.

Legal basis

We reply to enquiries and prepare quotes at your request, i.e. to take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep invoice data because the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c)). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f)). We send the website check result at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and offers only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw by e‑mail at any time.

How long we keep it

• Website checks and enquiries that do not lead to a project: at most 1 year after our last contact, then we delete them.
• Contract and invoice data: for the duration of our cooperation and then as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• Technical logs at our hosting provider: only briefly, according to its own rules.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Only these processors help us handle it:

• Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and processing of the contact form.
• Resend, Inc. – delivery of form messages to our inbox and of the website check result to you (servers in the EU, Ireland).
• Google LLC – measuring website speed during the check (PageSpeed Insights). It only receives the address of the measured site, not your e‑mail.
• Seznam.cz, a.s. – our e‑mail mailbox.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Resend are US companies. Where data leaves the European Union, this happens on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies for analytics or advertising, so we do not ask for consent. If we measure traffic, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across websites. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site against attacks.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to its processing. Just write to info@devdruids.cz and we will reply within one month. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or the data protection authority in your country.
